Our group at Monash University explores the structure of solids and their transformations. Our tool of choice for characterising atomic structure is transmission electron microscopy (TEM) in all its forms.
Our current focus is on solid-solid transformations in light alloys, and in particular nucleation and growth of solid-state precipitates. More details can be found below.
